Class Room rental info Great for meeting, small parties, class, etc

NO Alcohol is allowed at Classroom, Patio or Playground event.

Set up & clean up must be included in your rented time.

Mon. Tues. Wed. Thurs. Hourly Between 8:AM up to 9:PM

700+ square foot Class room with sink & counter.

Class room rental includes use of restrooms, but not kitchen or gym

$175 for 3 hours up to 30 guests $60 per additional hour

$200 for 3 hours up to 50 guests $75 per additional hour

Fri. Sat. Sun. Hourly between 8:AM up to 9:PM

$225 for first 3 hours up to 50 guests $75 additional hours

*$150 refundable security deposit is required for every 3 hours of rental.

Included is use of tables and chairs for the amount of guests rented. Renter

sets up tables and chairs unless linen package is also rented from REH.

Renter does clean-up, which includes washing, putting away tables & chairs

on racks provided, clean counter & sink, sweeping & mopping, cleaning & 

sanitizing restrooms, clean up outside if used. All garbage & recycling is to

be hauled away by renter.

OUTDOOR PATIO & PLAYGROUND rental info 3 hr. minimum
